The Opening Ceremony of 15th Pan American Games was held in the Maracana stadium, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. President of Brazil, LULA, attended and declared the Opening Ceremony. Maracana stadium , one of the largest stadium in the world, was seated without any empty seat. 95,000 people watched the largest Opening Ceremony in the America. The Chairman of Olympics Games, Roge, expressed praise to the excellent job after visiting the facilities.

Both hosts and contractor attached importance to the LED screens used for this Sports Meeting. The contractor sent several professional men to China to source the supplier of LED screen.
