Temperature High and Low: 80℃, -30℃
High and low temperature interval: in 5 min
Time at each temperature: 30 min
Cycle times: 200 in total (back to room temperature for test at the 100th and again at the 200th)
Result: the sample has no dead dot and abnormal failures.
