Manufacturing Overview

LCJH factory located in An Tong Da Industry District, besides Shenzhen Nanguang highway. The district have 24 hours guard, with a first class standard management. The whole manufacture base is around 15,000 square meter, and be divided into PCB assembling workshop, LED insertion workshop, material preparing workshop, SMT workshop,Test Lab, Aging area, Semi-finished products Area, Finished Products Warehouse etc. Together with advanced equipment and professional engineer and management staff, LCJH has a powerful design, manufacture and quality control capacity. Our products includes Full Color Indoor and Outdoor LED display, monochrome and dual color LED display, Decoration Lighting products, etc. The monthly capacity could match 5000 square meter.

In LCJH you can see advanced SMT machines, DIP machines, COB equipments, High-temperature Aging Oven, Tabling machine, Reflow Soldering Machine, Wave Soldering Machine, PCBA assembly Lines, Automatic Packaging Lines, 5000 square meter aging shelf, Step-in Thermal & Humidity Testing Chamber etc.
